ETL adopts Mokhotlong for tourism campaign

Econet Telecom Lesotho (ETL) has officially adopted Mokhotlong district for the ‘Re Bontše Lesotho’ campaign.

The national content creator contest is aimed at stimulating domestic tourism through authentic Basotho story telling.

Speaking at the unveiling ceremony yesterday, the Chief Executive Officer of ETL, Dennis Plaatjies, said they are proud to work with the Lesotho Tourism Development Corporation in advancing the ‘Re Bontše Lesotho’ campaign.

Plaatjies noted that such initiatives remind Basotho that tourism is not only about destinations but their culture and stories that define who they are.

“We’re delighted to adopt Mokhotlong district and work with other partners to ensure that we deliver this campaign to the best of our ability,” he added.
