Rotary Club to hosts tree planting day

Rotary Club of ‘Mantsopa will host a cleaning and tree planting campaign at Thaba-Bosiu on June 29.

The event aims to promote environmental sustainability and community involvement by planting trees.

According to a statement released by Rotary Club of ‘Mantsopa, the initiative is also in celebration of the 200^th anniversary of the Basotho Nation.

“It promises to be a meaningful and visually captivating event with volunteers coming together to contribute to a greener future.

“The event will also enhance awareness of our environmental initiatives and inspire others to take action,” it noted.
