Parliament to reopen after winter recess

The National Assembly is set to reopen on September 11, 2026, following its winter recess.

The Ninth Meeting of the First Session of the Eleventh Parliament will take place at the New Parliament Building in Maseru, starting at 9am.

The resumption was announced in National Assembly Circular No. 2 of 2026, dated August 24, which confirms the resumption of parliamentary business under Standing Order No. 14(2).
