PM to launch Semonkong Mini-Hydro Power Station

Prime Minister Sam Matekane will on Friday launch the Semonkong Mini-Hydro Power Station as part of his outreach programme.

The event, scheduled for 10am in Maseru, is supported by the Ministry of Energy and the Lesotho Renewable Energy and Energy Access Project under Lesotho’s 60th Independence Diamond Jubilee celebrations. 

Entertainment will be provided by local artists; Minister Spokes, Manyarela, Cityzeen and Litshepe LR.
